Overview

To strengthen brand continuity and drive traffic to ROW DTLA’s website, we refreshed their email design to better reflect the visual identity seen across their platforms.

The new layout prioritized clean structure, engaging visuals, and editorial hierarchy. In the first four months, the campaign achieved a 40.3% open rate—2.8% higher than the previous year.
